Some things don't like idling at 14.7. Generally a little richer is ok like maybe 13.5 or so.
You still need some "power" at idle for the aircon and alternator loads, etc. Basically whatever combo it like's the best.
Starion VR4 has some useful tips for timing tricks at idle.
Minimum injection timing increment of 0.1ms is pretty damn coarse adjustment

I just read some info that Starion VR4 gave me and i will just see how I go tomorrow. what I get done tomorrow will be it till I get it to the dyno and see what they can get.
