be careful if u post negatively about it then the lurkers and members that havn`t posted that have planned to come might get turned off because of it. thats probably what happened last time.

i know of 3 cars that are coming that dont come on here AT ALL!

including possibly the cleanest lowest mileage starion in australia (just over 70000 genuine k`s, looks like a museum piece inside out and underneath) its the fred sharpe`s ja, a genuine contender with flav`s customer`s jb for that title...

and the vic boys could only get 5???

i have 5 sitting in my workshop right now and 2 of em aint even mine :D :D :D
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

I was not being negative at all. I was simply pointing out that we can do better then 15 or so :D :D :D I know this cruise will be huge. And I just want it to be MASSIVE. Not that it matters at all. I am hoping that Jay will be attending as well. But besides that, I only know everyone that you guys know.

It should be a very fun cruise. Please people don't be discouraged. I am not implying that we don't have many coming. We do have heaps. I just wanted to make sure we were attempting to get everyone we possibly can. Well except for our friend over seas. Stay safe mate.

I'll meet you all at BP Burpengary at 2:00. I've got another Starion owner to pick up at Samford, who wants to come along, his Starion is still in the re-build stage.

I think most people would be up for it. We'd obviously need some warning to bring food (meat or pinko vegitarian) although those coming from the Goldie may need to buy locally anyway. Alternatively $5 sausage sizzle with any profits to www.austarion.com??
I'm not sure what redzone has planned (I'm only organising the internet side of things) so you may want to chat to him.

how about this, i'll buy some sausages, im guess around 4kg is enough, and i'll bring some bread from the bakery. Then between fellow cruisers if you all chip in abit for the rest, ie drinks, salads, paper plates, sauce etc. redzone can you bring some cooking equipment like tongs etc?

redzone wrote:my suggestion would be meet at my shop, gas bag & take photo`s for a couple of hours, head down mooloolaba spit for fish and chips at debrets or one of the others, then cruise maroochydore/mooloolaba til the sun comes up. plenty of nice women 2 admire up here 2!

plenty of nice hotels in the area ppl, so bring ur better halves and make a weekend of it! i could have room 4 a coupla staz heads to stay here if they need 2...

and suggest a north brisbane meeting point for brisbanites, like aspley maccas, or the big bp connect on the highway at caboolture..
here it is
