Crower 2.37lt stroker kit

Post by DD Phil »

Well I jumped in the deep end and ordered one today.

All going well it will be here in 12 weeks. :)

As it's for EVO not Starion, I think it will need a custom flywheel (6/7 bolt?), but I need to mod flywheel to suit Sachs clutch anyhow.

Redzone reckons the 2.4lt head is the go, do you guys have any opinions on this??

May aswell go DOHC then :D
Computer games don't affect kids I mean if PacMan affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music :D

I remember reading/someone telling me, the 2.4l head has bigger ports than the 2L head. Will you need a new flywheel, so long as you got the 6 bolt crank then shouldnt the starion flywheel bolt up.
Starions are a disease, the only cure is poverty.

Nah,

Keeping the white one single cam.

The purple one has 4 cams, that's plenty. :)

I've already built nice maniolds for my single cam.

Plus, I'd like to see if 500RWHP is possible.......................

I love the 80s :)

I'm getting the Crower crank, rods and JE pistons (to suit single cam).

Thanks all the same. :)

All going well we'll see 200+ at the treads. :):):)
