looking very tidy! Heaps of room in that engine bay.

Have to ask why you put your intercooler there?
Watch your speed - It's virtually impossible to pick it out of the carpet if it gets blown off the table.

3 Reasons:

1. Very short intercooler pipes to reduce lag.
2. Better weight distribution as the intercooler and radiator are set further back
3. In case of a crash whilst racing there less chance on damage

Fair enough, I just thought the air flow would have been too poor there, I've seen a couple with them slightly hanging out the bottom so there not really visible and get a decent airflow. Not trying to be rude or anything.

Lookin good there Barney, are the breathers -10AN?
and dont you just hate that clutch hardline?
do I see a GARRETT adaptor in there?
what size intercooler plumbing? (I'm about to change to 2.5 inch)
looks like your going to need a header tank too, the latest ZOOM has a good article on how to do it, using a nice shiny D1 tank from JUST JAP at about $90.

Thanks Merlin.

Cant remember exactly what size they are, maybe 12.

Clutch hardline gives me the shits!

Yes you do see an adapter, nice work! You may also see its on an angle as the turbo sat to low and up against the rocker cover. The exhaust manifold came over form Aisa with a T3 flange but i had a T2 flange GT2535 so an adapter was needed anyway

Intercooler piping is 2.5 inch. I know of 600 rwph Skylines with 2.5" intrercooler pipes so i think its big enough.

I have all the tanks now. A 2.4ltr catch can and a 1.2 ltr header tank.

The car has come along way since this photo.

Ashly
