Stock your starion is 172hp and with an exhuast maybe add an extra 10?
Exhuasts don't really give you hp, they just let things breathe easier so when you add things to your engine (new turbo etc) is doesn't blow up on you. Your car will feel much better in the high rpm though.
Watch your speed - It's virtually impossible to pick it out of the carpet if it gets blown off the table.

its about 172hp. minus about 15hp because if its standard, the dizzy will be knackered, the plugs old, the leads old, the wiring shot, fuel pump probably seeing 9 volts, etc etc etc..
plus 15 hp with the exhaust.
so about 172hp

Since we are on the topic of power, how much should my car have?
It's got the standard motor, but with port and polish head.
Hi Flowed Garrett T04 w/38mm Garrett external wastegate.
3" exhaust from turbo.
20psi boost

You have a starion and you are running 20psi boost on a stock internals motor? If you don't have forgies, stop now.

Well, it goes above that. I don't hold it there. It's only for a brief moment. Most of the time it is hitting about 17/18psi.

boost spiking ain't good.... get yourself an electronic boost controler and limit yourself to 10psi without an intercooler, 14psi with... anything else and you'll soon find yourself in need of an engine rebuild.

Yeah your fuel pump/injectors wont handle anymore than 15psi, not a good idea to even run up to 15 psi, 13 psi max.
