A Word of Warning!

Post by Darkelf »

Leaving your driving lights on all night WILL drain your battery and result in your car not starting!!!

And in case you are wondering no I didn't do it! LOL

I had the same annoying buzzer noise but mine didn't turn off. I simply unplugged it and have only been caught out once.

i have an import and it has a nice pleasant "Ding dong, ding dong, ding dong" if the keys are in the ignition when the door's open, and a chirping "BRRRRRRRRRRR" if the lights are on. There is even a switch under the passenger seat to play cheesy music if the keys are left in the ignition.

open your glovebox, pop the stops out, fold it all the way down, stick your head in and look to the right.

A bit of sticky tape over it dulls it down enough so you here it and not get annoyed by it.

Heres an idea, when ever you get out of the car, look to see if the lights are up. In my JA I never had the buzzer but also never forgot because I always looked at the popup head lights
