That's the 4WD Rally Starion from the Mitsubishi Museum in Japan! As far as I know there were only two built, this one and one for the CEO of Ralliart at the time! Here's a few pics of both...
"Allegedly" they also have multipoint!?

According to my mate who used to work at Ralliart UK there were more than 2 built. He is not sure how many but more than 2 for sure. Because they built one in the UK. He said it was in the corner covered by a drop sheet. They had stopped the 4WD Starion program at that time after the GroupB cars were banned.

There is definetly more than 2 made, though I'm not sure on total numbers)
The white one is not a 4wd but a narrow body made to look like one. The fellow purchased all the body panels from ralliart and grafted them on to his road car (or so I'm led to believe).

I'd be surprised if there were only two built and both of them survived rallying and still existed today in pristine condition

I think they're in pristine condition because group b was banned before the starion even got a chance to compete a season in the wrc.
