It probably has the same specs as the 87 Starion sold here in Holland
132 kW (180 hp) at 6000rpm
max. torque 290 Nm at 3500tpm
top speed 230 km/h
0-100 km/h in 7,6 s

does that mean the 87 narrowbody starion sold in Holland is a 2.6 then? Those figures are pretty different.

the JD were tuned pretty different because of the change to unleaded fuel? Xentro's figures are spot on from what i've read.

Jap spec with tc-05 and nothing else was 110kw at the flywheel, anything with a tc-06 pushed out an extra 15kw. the intercooler knocked it up to 132kw with a tc-06.

As far as i know, the JB (intercooled) had 180 hp.
the JA 170hp.
The 2.6L in Europe had 155 hp and in the staates 180hp (due to different ECU).
No clue about real 0-100 figures..

JA/JB had TC06 and 125kw: 0-100kph in 9.8sec; 0-400 in 15.9
JD had TC05 and 110kw: 0-100kph in 10.6; 0-400m in 16.8.
EDIT: corrected typo - JD had 110kw not 115kw

That would mean they have the same power output??
Can't properly agree..
Concerning 0-100 times, i read from figures from 7.6 - 8.6. For the 2L.
Might be wrong tough..

JD ran 3.9 diff to 'compensate' on the power loss , but it needed more than just that.

No way our cars can't be that slow can they :o , looks like im gonna have to go out with a g-tech in the car to get a def figure, heard so many different numbers :? I even have a brochure posted up somewhere in the forum that states 6.8 and no it's not a sirus dash
