guys, are you planing on having power steering and aircon?

Yeah i got the air con sorted just had to space out the bracket but still unsure what to do about power steer especially when im using the original pulleys and starion water pump.Did you use the vr4 alternator?

I was going to start of using the original staz alternator, then discovered it wont fit with the VR4 oil pump cover plate.
So on went the VR4 alternator and crank pully, with 4pk belt.
Those items just bolted on.
but,
Theres nothing to mount the staz PS pump to with the TC head.
I settled on a pump from a Nissan Pintara, 3pk belt, mounted where the aircon compressor should sit.

Quick update sold the cosmo so i decided when i get back from germany to get stuck into it and get it finished.Having seen so many other people start and finish a conversion and watch mine gater dust was depressing enough that i had it up for sale. LOL Bring on 2007 and and a running twincam starion. :D
