hi guys! I am getting ready to instal the wiring loom on my starion and was wondering if I need the oxygen sensor in the exheust(it didnt come with one) its a cyclone dash motor

You should use one if your ECU can support it, it will give you better fuel economy at idle and cruise.
What ECU and injection are you using?

im running factory ecu and wiring loom. its from a 87 eterna eci

Yup you should use an oxy sensor then. It isn't a problem if you don't, it'll just use more fuel then it needs to.
I've got some english wiring diagrams for the DASH if you need them?
Also just out of curiousity, what is the model number on your DASH ECU ?
And where abouts in New Zealand are you?
