with a bit of luck I should see some proper numbers this week.

As an indicator we got 135kw atw on the old tired and stuffed motor which has now been yanked and a fresh one in place. A much bigger number is hoped for :roll:

Ive got a 12 dash motor for sale. Its a 8 valve block (wide block) with a 12 valve head. Its been rebuilt about 2 years ago with forged pistons :D

8 valve certainly does have an impressive intake valve.

ok guys look i've got one two but it's not in the greatest nic so who rebuilds these things in nz or can butlers or supercheap or bnt stock gaskets etc for it?

man i'm glad i got one but what a pain to fix and the gearboxes in them cant find any parts for them either grrrrrrrrrr

just for arguments sake, ive seen 12v heads with a td05-12 turbo factory. yes 12a td05. definately, no typo, double checked, didnt misread it. also the dash engine has a difference exhaust manifold than the 8 valve. apparenlty has internal runners or somesuch. im still using the 8v manifold on mine and it runs fine

Both of the DASH engines I have came with TD05-12a's as well as the tubular split pulse exhaust manifolds. I can post some pictures of them if you like.
