one way to not spend so much money is to take the mechanics out of the equasion, no labour costs saves lotsa $$$
i only just went into a decent paying job now so i think im gonna have to control myself considering i already spent 6-7k on a 25k/year job

I used to work 27 hours a week while I was at school, that was intense but I used it to pay my way. Worked for a while for the sake of it before moving on with a career, put that money towards starions.. well some of it. I currently owe 2k on this starion.

I think if you tried selling your starion for near the money you spent on it you wouldn't get any sales because I know I'd rather spend a little more and do things my way and have nice new stuff plus know the quality of everything, like cookie said before.

Yeah, on this topic, I had a realisation yesterday.

My white Starion, has a resale value of $400-$1000. But it's worth so much more to me after seeing her this weekend. Even with three running Starions, I just couldn't let it go for market value, and it's going in to storage.

These cars are worth much much more to the owner than market value can ever represent. I dont think you should ever sell a Starion until it gets to the point you're tired/bored of it completely or it died.
