i have been thinking of makein from scrach fiberglass moulds to house two round head lights with perspec covers. does anyone know of it being done before if so could u post some pics. incase you dont know what im on about the mazda rx-7 series 4/5 had them as an after market option. kinda like the 3000 Gt/ GTO mitsubishi. cheers anyone who helps me

I know someone had done it. 1) It took a lot. 2) It looked shit house.
It was done with I think 180sx lights or something like that. And I think they also did a veilside front spoiler.

Your not the only one with that opinion, they look shit, especially the one with 96 prelude lights, some people see something that looks cool and think they can put it on anything e.g. 18" chromies.
It's an 80's sports car, it deserves pop up lights.
Watch your speed - It's virtually impossible to pick it out of the carpet if it gets blown off the table.

The Pop-up lights was one of the reasons i liked the starion.

Yep pop ups are cool. Them sleepy eyes annoy me too, they just look broken.
Starion 2000 EX.. bosch fuel pump, sard dumpvalve, knN drilled air box, Haltech F5 + 2 injectors, turbosmart FCD + Dual stage boost controller, tublar turbo header, turbo back 2.5" stainless exhaust 4.5" tip, Innovate MS wideband A/F meter.

Sorry to say this about any Starion, but that just looks ugly. The pop ups give it some style, and make it stand out from most other cars on the road

if i were to change anything about the lights id have em slide out of the way or something, i like the idea of the concealed lights but not to flash on the idea of 2 large air brakes at night.
