with my 18g, I say its more like a turkey gobble without a bov lol. I run no air filter half the time, and no bov- havent decided which one to get, but she gobbbles loud as hell!

Hard to tell how they sound when they are jsut revving, and 70% of the sound clips are broken links. I will probably just get an hks ssqv wiith the purple attatchment.
