Got my vote to ban.

It was funny at first, but its less satisfying now. At first I just thought he was an idiot, but clearly we see now that he is actually mentally retarded, so making fun of him just doesn't feel right. I think he should be banned, so he is encouraged to find more supportive communities of his mental condition.
