The rear spoiler is genuine one. Side skirts are from aerotec and the front airdam is a copy fibreglass one.Have the same dam on mine and two pieces of the rear spoiler. Im on the the hunt for the LH side still.
Was about 6years ago when I owned it and the engine wasnt in the state of tune it is now but that was still enough to crack 260kph and loose my licence in.
Go RSRGSR!!

this is weird. AXELR8 ran a 12.47 with 160 atw. u have more power and not faster...I cant understand. U said u get a lot of wheelspin...there must be a way to reduce this? slicks...suspension...

either that or something freaky happened to AXELR8 in that run?
a timeslip is a timeslip tho

all the same i love it, a friends bro used to have a similar set up, thing was unstoppable untill it met a bus or a tree?

What exactly are you saying?
Calling me a liar?
Don't worry, yours will be the only starion in the neighbourhood soon.

And its not how much power you have, its how you get it to the ground....

Too much power and you will wheelspin....
You either have to change your driving style, or change your setup to help prevent wheelspin (tyres, suspension, driveline, etc)

Taking it out of the shed more often helps too.

AXELR8 and StarionPWR, what were your 60' times and (highest) trap speeds?

NXTIME, my 60fts suck at 2.2-2.3sec generally.
Trap speed 184kmh which was the 13.4 run.
Have done quite a few low 14s @ 171-5kmh which basically shows it has the power down the end but needs the getting going part sorted out.

AXELR8, i am loosing a lot of time with wheel spin and and some bogging going into 2nd gear. With sticky tyres i would deffinately be in the 12s. And yes i need to get it to the track more haha. Got some M/T tyres lined up also.
Like you say, more power will only make you faster if you can get it to the ground.

not saying u a liar...U have 100% proof with a time slip. i saying just strange thats all. kinda makes it pointless chasing more power???

Get thos M/T's on and drop those 60' times and you will easily be in the twelves. That terminal speed indicates that the car should be able to get into the low twelves with the right suspension and tyres (and driver of course) ;)

Yes ive been thinking about the rear suspension and how much effect a change would make.
I have KYB adjustable coil overs on all corners, wondering if i need a softer spring in the rear for dragging, it is quite a firm setup at the moment. Very good for on the race track though.
Maybe another setup for the rear i can swap over easily when i want to do either sort of racing could be the go.
I think tyres are what i really need though.
Also just got a price for an engine rebuild with the good bits in it so i can turn up the boost for some serious power, i want 11s out of it then i will be competitive in the class i run in. May even shoot for 10s.
Take down them damn supras that keep beating me
But damn, serious engines cost a mint dont they :(
