Diferent TB, Big Arsed. You wanna know what size/type. I know but why not just ask Cookie. he is usually more than happy to help.

I have gone Sonata and can more or less give you some info on it if you want but you need to be more specific.
Well, this is going for a Cordia, starions little bro, the problem is that I'm setting up a 800rwhp turbo  so I will most likely have to make my own......how much difference does quad throttle bodies, like starion chef make over a XF 65mm one setup to one like in my pic (eip tuning) and then how would a quad t/b type compare to a custom tubular intake style which I haven't ever seen yet ?

Thanks in advance for any input.

The idea I have with this set up is that it will increase throttle response, and reduce throttle lag. Ive used 4 45mm TBs so it will have the abillity to breath alot of air.
I'm expecting better midrange power as the airflow will be faster through the partly open throttles, as aposed to one large throttle slightly open.
Also I feel that the plenum will be pressurized faster as there is no restriction (via TB) befor it.

The manifold has 38mm dia runners that I needed to open up to 45mm at the TB flange, but that was easy as I made the flanges from 18mm plate. Now the runners are fully polished inside to help airspeed.

It's not too late. Don't waste your time and money. Sell it and get yourself a properly matched turbo.

Webers? I thought he was going Solexes?

But realistically, standard DASH 150kw, intercooled 170kw ie DASH 2, 2.4L conversion 200kw easy, MPI with Microtech 230-240kw with standard TDO5-12A turbo @ 9psi, T88 300kw @ around 6000rpm on 9psi, cylinder head ported with oversize int valve and custom camshaft 350kw quite easily, 240kw atw with lsd, looking at 10 sec 1/4s' if turbo starts spooling from 4000rpm onwards

125mph terminal speed can bring you 10.7 sec 1/4s' with traction and proper suspension set-up, not too bad for non engine related mods.

back to the orignal topic though, where could I get those tb's from and I would just need basically to custom build a fuel rail and injector holes to use for MPI right ?

TBs are from 92 Excels, but I had to remove the water jackets from them to make them all sit side by side.
Yes, it will be MPI, Wolf 3D, 800cc injectors, sequential multi coil spark.

Toyrus, I wouldnt bother doing this for a drag motor, just make a normal style manifold, like the EIP one. Quad TBs are better suited to an even spread of power.

You should really consider a smaller turbo, the motor will never rev high enough to benefit from such a large turbo. that is unless you have built the motor to rev to 10 000rpm...

Starionchef, beleive me, I'll need mid-range power to boost this turbo, but if it still isn't boosting from 4000rpm onwards then I'll definately have to sell it.....can't hurt trying though plus T88 turbo's are only meant for drag use so I'll see how it works out.

And project2501, I don't know but I do know that the 2.0L DASH 2 Engine was 170kw factory and a 2.4L conversion on this engine alone would be very very close to 200kw (approx 135kw atw) all with the factory TB Injection and standard turbo @ 9psi factory standard setting.
