This story was on Media Watch tonight. Acoording to Media Watch, it was actually 2 different reporters from 2 different papers that were later included in a story on the increasing furore about the 2 photos in a third paper. The first one (looted) said he had seen the guy go in to a shop and come out with goods and a bag. The other guy (found) referred Media Watch to the response posted here earlier.

good one, have to go and spoil a perfectly good reason to bag someone out coz there different :D ..... lets face it, THE FRIGGIN SHOP IS UNDER WATER! hell, I would go steal EVERYTHING that starts to float. I need it more than the animals down river. And even if I didn’t need it, id steal it anyway, nutting like a good ol looting to fix those ‘my entire life just went down the drain, literally’ blues.

Hell, Ididnt really pay attention to teh whole lets live below sea level ppeople down south, but the first thing that came to my mind was, damn that would be a great time to go roba bank por something.
