Hey, wouldn't a custom equal length tubular manifold for the intake perform better than this ?
The above is really nice and short, but just wondering why no one has ever made a tubular inlet manifold apart from cost...any theories/ or exact numbers cause I estimate about 15% loss in effieceny with any air through plenum into runners ?

MAP Sensor location.
You would need to make a common plenum with a pick for the map sensor.
Basically a smaller version of what you have now. That way you will get an average across all intake runners.
After the throttle plates aswell.
With a one way valve this will also act as the vaccum (spelling) for the brake booster.

It sure as hell won't cost anywhere near $1700 for a custom intake. Most are around the $1000 mark max. And these are proven performers with research behind them.
