Welcome to the forums honest_jim :D
Yes. It was only the US who got the 2.6 from the word go.
UK Starions were 2L except for some of the later model widebody's, same as the rest of the world. 2L widebody is A184 I beleive. 2.6 is A187. I reinstalled my computer, so I dont have Mitsubishi CAPS anymore, so I cant just look it up again :(

Except legally you have to put in a KPH speedo.ProZac wrote:Possibly cheaper all up as they are already RHD, so no conversion costs. I'd still go for a japanese one however, as all the routes are already setup, you can pay someone else to sort it out
Then legally you have to get a KPH speedo that has the exact same km's as the miles one ie: whatever the miles converts to.
Not much to screw with there, you can wind speedo's around either way. Just hope you get one you have to wind forward.

These folks are from ChCh, NZ :)
In NZ, miles per hour is perfectly acceptable :)

But for you guys in Aus, you can just rip one out of an Aussie Starion, and plug it in.
Oh and yes, as Staz said, they read in mph and kph, so its really no problem at all anyway :)
