I just spoke to Floorit and even he reckons this guy is one horse short of a merry go round.

We agreed to let him continue for at least 2 weeks on the proviso that no one can get banned for sticking it back at him in whatever manner or terminology. If he wants to post his crap we have the right of reply.

Once the novlty wears off ban him JUST before he gets to try and have the final reply!!!.

At WSID, the reaction time is given on a 0.000 index which takes into account the 0.400 seconds between the last amber and the green light turning on. So a reaction time of 0.402 is given as a 0.002. A reaction time of 0.398 (red light) is given as -0.002.
