better make that 3!! :D
TA22's are cool( I know, they look good, but go slow!)

was my first car....(10 years ago)
had a few others...(in between)
was then looking for a turbo manual RWD....(3 years ago)
every 180SX and silvia i looked at was auto.....(DON'T SAY IT!!!!)
This went on for about 4 months...
I had given up......
Alright... "this is the last "Trading Post" I buy" i said to the missus...
Then, there she was...
A starion with a description that read like a magazine write-up..(almost)!
Plenty of goodies, sounded good for the money and about $5,000 cheaper than the nissans ...
Asked him to take me for a ride...
The thing flew! Fastest car i have ever been in........
Five minutes later... I am totally hooked!
SOLD!
Been scaring bogans in commodores ever since!

(BTW.. havent lost a race to a 180 or silvia yet  )
You think that's fast??? You got nothin' on Roger!!

yep in nelson, but im keeping the location secret.... :D
i want it myself, it needs a bit of work, the owner bought it as a writeoff, knows nothing about starions, has a ja front (bumper, guards), and panel damage on the right rear 1/4.

the worst thing tho is the id tags... he did a tag swap to get it on the road, so its regoed as a'83.

so much potential..... :?

well I have been doing hillclimb and sprints since 1999 with a GE sigma with a bit of sucess it N/A 2.6 and spins 7000 in all gears
and at Phillip Island thats running to 230 Kph and the end of the straight

so how could knock back a straight rust free starion for nix that right just tow it away
one catch no engine
anyway it striped out ready to cage up and will get a short stroked turbo 4G54
as it will fit up just nice and is an engine I have both spares and know more about

I still done know if it will work out quicker hillclimbing but cant wait to cut laps

I just woke up one morning and they were breeding in my back yard...and front yard..and driveway.

I did my time at Mitsubishi....they were the car to have at the time, i knew i wanted one but at $27,000 for a JA it was outa my reach. SO....years later i bought one. YAY!! Then i crashed it in the rain...boo. Then someone wanted some parts and i wanted another one... and it has all come to this.
God help me!!!!!

I spent 2 years restoring my first car, a 56 Plymouth, then once it was done realised i just wanted something fast. So sold the Plymouth and went through the trader to see if anything tickled my fanny... Saw the staz, thought $2500 for a regoed roadworthy turbo rear wheel drive how could i go wrong, lol.
It broke down at a set of lights on the way home.....
Blew the turbo a week after I bought it, and the car is scary to drive because of the suspension bushes that have gone to dust. But it's been 2 weeks or so since I bought it and I still love it! :D
