I'm gonna say shadow and none of the first 2
Powerplant: Chipped stock ECU, 2044cc, 8.5:1, head intake enlarged and polished, exhaust manifold enlarged,
Balance-shafts eliminated, Intercooled, TC06 @ 10psi, 2.5" high flow exhaust system and dump pipe.

Ditto the above. First two are vile and the shadows are marginally better.

i like the shadow chrome one above, but you gotta remember, this is YOUR car so you put the wheels YOU like.

I will eventually... But for me it's a lot of money (on top of the other mods) and I didn't want to pay more for rims than I paided for the car.

The rims can make a huge difference to the look of the car.

I didn't want to get wheel spacers, so really limits the range of wheel to choose from. I don't want to spend $3,000 on a set of Simmons. The budget is under $1,600 new for 17 x 7 inch rims with 235/45/17's.

It's so frustrating to find a rim you like just to find out they don't make it in an offset that is even close to what I need.

So like I said, I'd like to see some alternative rims posted (that don't blow the budget)

:beer

Cookie, is it possible (and cost effective) to change the hubs, to get a different offset and stud pattern???? I've never looked into it

You can get bolt on wheel spacers engineer approved. This would be the best bet to increase your choose of rims.

These are the 30mm bolt on wheel spacers on my car. They are made of aluminium, so they are not heavy. They bolt on to the existing wheel studs, and the spacers have there own studs which the wheels bolt on to.
They cost me about $80 each spacer.

Who makes the Apache rims? I really like all of them to be honest.

Can you get them in the Starion offset too? I'm guessing so, and those are pretty nice rims for the Starion if so. I'm curious who makes them because I'd like a set too.
