I have no idea if she's guilty or innocent, but either way she is stupid:

If she did it, she is stupid for bringing the weed into a country notorious for its drug laws.

If she didn't do it, she is stupid for not securing her bag.

Also interesting that she is 27 and a "beauty student" - I wonder what she did with her life between high school and starting her beautician course? My guess is lots of boogie boarding, and lots of weed.
