asf works fine for me. the only codecs i have installed are those as above and WMP10 pre-installed codecs.

Download a copy of Video Lan, (VLC).
It will open pretty much anything without the need to install a bizzillion codecs.
Works for me...

odd...i was just at a mates place and tried to open the asf file. He had no codecs installed when i started trying to play.

First, the file doesnt play at all. I installed DivX codec and AC3 Audio Codec, no luck. Getting him to update to WMP10 now to see if thats teh issue, cause other than that, our two pcs are identical...must be something ive randomly installed.

hey fr33styl3r, are you the person responsible for putting the videos on this site? If so, I e-mailed a few videos to decoy to put here in the videos link, but they aren't there....... Should i send them to you instead?

Im not the one that is in charge of the video uploading, i would have also assumed that deeks would have been the one with that authority. If you email them to:

jefferysinclair@optusnet.com.au

I will up them onto my FTP server (http://www.fr33z3.net server) and then u can link them and when deeks gets around to it he can host them on here.

only got the one small vid axelr8, i've got a new email addy now that can recieve the big ones

i didn't record and digitise the panasonic commercial, but i'm thankful to whoever did. don't know what codec was used sorry.

How about someone offers their time to deeks to help him finish the site??
I've started working on a gallery section which will allow users to upload files with associated text which will allow easy searching and sorting.. But this is a subject for the Website section of the forums..
