Probably because Minis are worth an absolute fortune over in Japan.

No complaints from the neighbours. You need a permit for every vehicle that parks in the street, I have 4 permits...but i also have a scanner and printer! Besides its a light industrial area and if you could look infront of the first car you would see a row of small factories that include mechanics and spray painters.
And see that last white car? Its now going quite well! :D

Remember when I visited to grab that fuel pump and I told you I had people in the car...? Well we found out you have a shithead of a neighbour not next door but the one after - on the same side.

They were sick of sitting in the car cause it was too warm so they got out and started kicking dead flowers around that were on the nature strip and footpath. One of them kicked his tree accidentally and then a bloke in his 60s came out and went apeshit at them. And they weren't anywhere near his car either. He just wanted to vent his spleen on someone so they were it...Miserable old bastard. The one with the Blue Dunnydore Wagon. He was asking "Are you waiting for someone at the end of the street?" You might want to watch this prick, if anyone's is going to complain, it'll be him.
