By the look of that kit the main part of the wiring harness is missing?
Much better off with OZ aftermarket ECU.

Those old HKS FCON's had EPROMS you had to change if you wanted different fuel settings!

It's just a plug no "play". You can't change the fuel settings unless you have other EPROMS to put in it.

Not quite right, The HKS Fcon did have a remote rotary control to richen / lean out the fuel mix right across the board, like a trim control, but it was only trimming what the EPROM was already programed with, and didn't touch ignition(I think)

As I recall yes. It's a piggy back system you still have to have the standard ECU connected.
starion.gsrvr would know more about than me.

The factory may have had an extra special version who knows?
HKS was contracted by Mitsubishi to do the competition engine development for the 4G63 SOHC Starion GroupA program so anything is possible.

Better off with a OZ aftermarket ECU. Like I said before I am sure the main wiring harness is missing from that kit if the photo is accurate.
