I'm pretty sure that colour was only available in LHD markets. You could always get a RHD car in and have it resprayed, but it might be hard to find one, widebodies are highly valued everywhere else ;)

Correct, T87 Fiji blue was only available for the USDM. The color itself was directly stolen from the Camaro IROC-Z color, all the cool Chrysler Conquest TSi colors were...

Y59 San Marino Yellow
R88 Durban Maroon
T87 Fiji Blue

Mitsubishi likes dull colors like L83 Palermo Gray, or S83 Shetland Beige, even their silvers started out dull (H43 Eiger Silver).
