Should we offer people money for their worn down starions to save them?? of course this would be done in a safe and friendly approachable way.

Damn Straight!! i wouldn't be a starion owner otherwise

Silver 2 tone JD spotted

Post by MelbStazz »

I was cruising to go and pick up my stazz, after being worked on by Mr Flav. I was going along blackburn road up to doncaster road and spotted the car, pretty shabby condition driven by an older lady, does anyone know this car?? if not i'm thinking of making an offer to save this car from what looks like certain death. :x

Yes, definitely! Especially a JD as there are less than a hundred that were sold here. While you're at it, get me the last 4 digits of the VIN # for the registry :D

well judging by the couple of votes that have already been cast it seems as though this car should be saved, the people have spoken the voice my conscience was screaming.
Consider an effort to save this car made. I shall keep you all posted on the outcome.

There's one near me on Oxley Rd that's been sitting on the side of the road for at least a year unregistered. Looks reasonably straight, but has been partially dismantled and I doubt it will ever run again. Most of the ones i've seen around here (2 or 3 max :)) look pretty good though. There's a nice gold one in Bardon and a red JB i've seen parked off Miskin St a few times. Don't think they belong to anyone on these forums though.
