just thought youse might find these pics interesting.....a guy who owned a ford BA pursuit ute decided he was gonna flat change at 100kph+ from 3rd to 4th.....needless to say here are the results.......

dont really know....its been sitting in the corner of our workshop for prolly 8 months now all torn to bits......what you cant see from those pics is when the clutch let go it just spun around like a knife cutting everything behind the engine to bits.....throwing hunks of the bellhousing through the firewall also smashing the windscreen....im thinking it might be pretty close to a write off

it lookes like the presure plate was loose and has sheared the bolts
more so the flat changing

but owch !! I bet that got the drivers attention

yeah man fj20's are the go, indestructable great drag motor, only problem is it weighs so much and expensive to produce so they stoped making them..........but yeah the XR8 goes pretty hard, i forgot what the actuall dyno results were, but she dont really think about getting traction till like 4th gear
