Watch the paint on the bonnet if youve removed the heat shielding! it only took one blat in my car with it missing for it to bubble up a bit right over the turbocharger :(

yeah funny thing.. my car never came with those heatshields but i am getting a set of wantsom soon so i will whack'em on as soon as i get them :)

Ok the Flip paint is a Auto One Job which is a boxed set of 3 cans from 'MOTORSPORT' Paints called Optical FX, you can get it in 3 colours Sunset Blaze which is the colour i got. there is the more common puple blue flip colour and the blue purple green colour like on that Cyber 1 Prelude Car.
Retails for $92 but alot cheaper when you get trade discount i am pretty sure i paid about $75.

The Rocker cover paint is thanks to Engine Enamel in Gloss Orange and Gloss Black, i must say that 2 tone rocker covers look sweet and if you match up say 2 that contrast well together then it will look great.

That looks...Different, still undecided if i like the rocker cover but i love the intercooler piping. Sure hope the paint doesnt crack or bubble in the head. Would be a damn shame if it did.

heh yeah the rocker cover is little bit different but i am happy with it looks alot better than plain black i think. i am 99% certain that the paint will be fine the optical fx paint is good for up to standard paint heat values around 100-120 degrees and considering i only did the cool pipes the temp should stay well under 60 degrees so it should be fine and the rocker cover is rated for 550 degrees so that paint won't go no where.

anyway hope other people show there bays off and i am prepared to help anyone if they need anything or help but it is pretty damn easy :)
