Footage of starion crash
Ooops, big one but glad you're OK.
Your original comment said you went in too fast. I was freeze framing the clip from mid corner on and its light in the rear from about mid corner but no exhaust smoke so I guess you're off the throttle. Then theres a little pit of smoke sugestting you're getting back on the throttle before the rear has got some balance back and it just kept going around with the wheels pushing it along towards the trees. Then you're undies went brown :o followed shortly after by the brakes locking up followed by a huge plume of dust.
Not being picky I was just analysing the sequence following Al's comments. At least you were having a go and not pussying around :beer

Never argue with an idiot, it brings you down to their level and they beat you with experience.

looks like an awesome track..
Actually looks like what Cookie said, you blipped the accellerator too much which moved all the weight to the front left, then when you went back on the throttle the back right spun too easy and oversteered.. If you'd eased back onto the throttle a little later you might have been able to take the corner at that speed........... Thats just from judging the video

Oldschool Drift Machine.
I will have to work on more jentle movements of the accelerator around corners so as not to upset weight transfere too much. Interesting observations. Usually jumping back on the accelerator gets me out of trouble but not this time. That perticular corner gets a lot of people unstuck.
The crash was only on my recky pass, it was not even a timed lap.
