I have the footage of my crash at the Highclere hillclimb.

Ouch! You're right, you did! Were you the only person in the car? Have you got a roll cage or anything in there?

I was involved in an accident pretty similar to that one in a red JA, except I was in the passanger side that hit the pole. It all happens real quick, but slow motion in your mind. I wish I had footage :(, consider yourself unfortunately lucky

And 4 big flat spots on the tyres too.......

Lucky you only did suspension damage. Consider it a lesson learnt and do it better through there next event :)

The footage has been cut because the man on the camera stopped filming and ran over to see if I was ok.
I was examined by the ambulance officers at the race track, and they seemed to think I was ok. My neck made funny clicking noises for the next few days.

Very slightly bent rims. Nothing the eye can detect, but they were out of balance. Poped the left side tyres off the beads. There is more then flat spots on the tyres now.
It could have been werse, there were lots of big trees I missed.

Looked like a little lift off mid corner......... it's weird how a car reacts when you do that, the back goes faster than the front.
