Unbelievably this is a starion :o
Watch your speed - It's virtually impossible to pick it out of the carpet if it gets blown off the table.

Yes, some people take Starions and absolutely destroy the lines of it by way of plastic.
Still, it's original, that's for sure!
I wonder what all that plastic weighs?
I also wonder what's under the bonnet?
Fieros are great cars, 2.8L V6, mid engined, but I must admit that I haven't seen any of those kits before. They look just like the real thing!
Very tasty!
Volkswagen Beetles were/are a common chassis to build kits onto. That's how stuff like the Purvis Eureka, GT40 replica and Coyote saw the light of day.

I already have the Diablo replica as my "next project" (probably 20 years from now, but shit it would be cool :))
You can even get replica engine covers and stuff so it looks exactly like the real thing.
There used to be a guy at work who had a Purvis Eureka.. was kinda cool until I found out it was built on a VW platform and could only fit a 4 cyl non-boosted engine legally.. shame really.

You obviously haven't driven one they are a complete POS. I drove one in the US in 1989, they do no handle and do not go.NachoMan wrote: Fieros are great cars, 2.8L V6, mid engined, but I must admit that I haven't seen any of those kits before.

As a matter of fact marbone I have driven a Fiero. A Fiero GT actually, but I'm not convinced it was stock. It went very hard, and handled nicely.
If they don't do this stock, then it had been breathed on a bit then...
Anyhoo, it was great... :P

a dealer once tried to sell me a fiero, offered me $3000 above the market value for my car only wanted $1000 change over. This made me very interested ------ and then I drove it, bigest pos ever, spedo didnt work, they had upped the idle to cover a miss, on top of that it went like shit, looked like shit and handeled like shit.
