Would that be this:SpidersWeb wrote: From a post I saw a while ago, apparently you can just remove the coloured sheet, and insert a coloured bulb in the JB/JD style lights. Not sure how acurate that is, as it is coming from my memory and I havent tried it yet.

Not too hard to do - the red parts are separate to the outers. Also, the indicator part is seperate too which means it's as simple as taking it out. Hardest part is getting the lights apart without breaking them.
I left the main part of the light red because I don't think that red globes/leds with no diffuser would produce enough visible light to be effective as tail lights (or would be too focussed and intense which is just as bad). I have plans for version 2, but I will have to souce a second set of lights since my plan will probably involve some mulilation :)

Junkie has cleared quest lights with red globes in them and they are pretty intense when i was following him once. I think the LED brake lights would be more intense. Was checking out some lancer altezza lights and wondering if i could buy the circle diffuser part seperate and add them to the inside of the light unit, with the lenses taken out. would look a bit skyline'ish with the two of them side by side tho but i'm guessing probably the only legal way of doing it.hcca wrote: with no diffuser would produce enough visible light to be effective as tail lights (or would be too focussed and intense which is just as bad).
either that or just put JB indicator lense in the quest unit considering they're a seperate lense.
