Merlin : The hood with the scoop only came on the 1st year the US Starion/Conquest was produced ('83), and I paid $475 USD for it!! We never got an '82 here, so the hoods are VERY prized here, and very expensive because of it.

Yeah I got one of those bonnets also, was going to use an angle grinder, some fibreglass, and some new grills to kind of redesign it.

MRB1 - Same tyres as i will be running also, yeah same mine are also used heavily, although thats Dirty Sanchez's doing in the Dutton Rally.
