you put a new turbo, fuel pump injecters and everything and never got it tuned?!?!

well, yeah...its driving ok just asking for more boost...mondays the tune so yeah....i put the balance shaft belt6 back on today and its too smooth...feels like my falcon...i liked it when it was a rough rider.

Could you please let me know what dyno results you get with the t34r as i was considering buying it but now im looking at a tdo6-20g.Also can you please tell me if you bought the internal wastgated version or external.

yeah charlie adam from "just engine management" is tuning my car...
and the t34r is ok i get full boost in between 3000 and 3500.... i have the internal gate one but was thinking of goin external wastagate if i found one at a good price...

i just got home from the workshop....
tuned the car and it read out 213 hp@rw
i was pretty dissapointed untill i drove it...
bloody flies man i would reccomend this turbo to who ever is looking at changing theirs....no to expensive and good hp....only problem was that at about 4500 rpm you know what happened....standard cam...
looking at gettin a better one soon....

Good work. That is identical to what happened to mine when tuned. Get that cam and it will make even more power over a wider RPM range.

how much boost were u using to get that power figure?
thats about 160kw at the rear treads if there is any tread left and if thats without cam u should b gettin big numbers once finished. good luck

Hey D,

160rwkw@4500 RPM is the figure that most Starions with similar mods seem to be getting. This is the limit of the standard cam and more power is definitely achievable with a cam upgrade.

Do you work at that '7/11' service station in the pic? Cause i met a guy that works there with a white Sigma Turbo & his brother has a gold Exa Turbo. Are you one of there 'bros' too? Another thing, i seen your starion at Blacktown Australia Post today, i was going to check it out but didn't want to look sus. Well done & maybe one day i'll see your starion hey :)

yeah thats my cousins 7 eleven...they have a yellow starion too...and bro u should have came up to me coz i needed a jump start...
ohwell....yeah is an ok ride just need to put my money towards a cam and paintjob now...wsid is having a burnout and street meet on fri 19th of november so i want it in atleast hi fill....doest look as bad that way
