gday guys i need urgently a starion motor for my jb, as mine has carked it, i need receipts and approx k's on it, pics would be good.

Does it have to be a JB motor?

Mines a JA
Rebuilt at coltspeed
port / polished head
40 thou over on pistons
27,000 kms on it
daily driven

want it? cause i want to get rid of it!

apparantly nothing. the standard engine came with hardened seats, because they were using unleaded in japan anyway.

My white JA appartently has 27,000kms on it's engine. It can be seen running.

I should be able to get the receipts from the previous owner.

hmmm well i will be looking at maybe getting one of the engines off you guys in about 3 months time, cause i want to get the car registered first so i can at least give it a run around before it comes back off the road and i take the whole engine out.

guys all i want is a reco'd engine for my jb,
post crap thats not related to this topic sumwhere else.
if any ones got one, at a reasonable price wit receipts let me know.
i have checked the one that includes the box parts etc, but its got a deposit on it already.

the dude that owns my old car may be selling the engine out of that, if that helps.. that is just rebuilt and has about 100kms on it since.. oversized pistons etc etc..
