Well there really is no right or wrong answer here.
I am in favour of banning idiots of ALL ages though, that would come close to a workable solution.
I also believe that cars are too safe. Drivers get complacent because they believe they will be adequately protected should they have a crash.
Replace the airbag with a big metal spike jumping out at you, and see how much more careful people get.
