Manual Mirror Removal

Hey All has anyone removed the manual door mirrors?? I have pulled the boot back and undone 2 screws but the internal controls have got me beat, does anyone have the manual pages for this??

Help is always greatly appreciated :)

From memory, pry out the centre of the knob and undo the nut inside. Then pull the knob and the adjuster thing off. The whole lot should pull out from there.... I think..
