Scum - hope you didn't find my drool on your black beauty too offensive, nor the trail of dribble all along your driveway...

widebody

Post by starion.gsrvr »

i dont quite understand what use this car is as it can not be registered in australia now it is here.and also it needs another at least 10K spent on it.my friend here bought a shell from me when prices were high and he spent another 15 with paint and wheels and suspension..just to have to cut a aussie chassis number in ,so it will never be a gsrvr again..its only worth parts to someone like me....or a wide kit for ja....
anyway not want to upset anyone........if you need stuff let me know i got gsrvr motor..hks pf con loomed for gsrvr.....
thanks

hi all, sorry i have not been around.
new job, new house, new car :D
look out for widebody pics soon in INFRA-RED!! (new job has coooool camera) all paperwork is back from cambera and the car will be cleared for licence on WA roads in 2 months. most of it is back together, engine is apart, dead bigends and mains :( metal in the oil pickup :(
does anyone have manuals for this thing? (GSR-VR) need one for 2.6L engine and one for the car so i can find out what all the cool things do, like the g-force sensor in the back :D anyway, not suposed to do this stuff at work anymore so i wont be around much on the weekdays :(

cya
I figured out the meaning of life, and since then every day just gets worse.

scum,
I removed the rear ABS. Got rid of excess weight. The actuator thing is huge and weighs a ton. The G sensor is not light either!
It's just an Astron I engine. Get a Sigma 2.6 manual. 2.6 parts are cheap as. You should try and get an Astron II head from the wreckers. Much better than the "jet-valve" head, bigger valves and no "jet-valves".

Just to be picky Mrb1 it'd be closer to an Astron 2. However do agree that 90% of parts will be interchangeable with Aussie Sigma/Magna stuff.
