GOT MY CAR BACK TODAY!@!!@&*$@#*@#(@*&$@#

Post by Paradoxx »

YAYAYAYAY i got home after work to find the Staz sitting in the driveway much to my delight. I went for a drive (straight to the petrol station) and OMG its soooo weird to drive after the XR for 3 weeks. The whole thing felt different, especially the height and the clutch. Still pulls like a rocket, but needs to blow the cob webs out a bit.

My current plan for her: fix it up the way i intended to, get it tuned and goin hard, get a few laps in and then i'll look at selling her. Before you all bag me out for doing it let me finish...
I now have two money pits, however the Starion money pitt will always need more to try and fill it. It also means 2 x rego, 2 x fuel, 2 x tyres etc and i now owe 40k on a car, and if i sell that now i'll be well out of pocket. I figure whatever i get from the staz will go on my loan and save me a shite load in interest, and cut a few years off the loan.

Plus whoever gets the car will be a very happy man/woman, as she will be running sweet and be lots of fun. Dunno when yet, nor do i know how much. Good thing is everyone here knows the history of this car so there's nothing to hide. :D

More on this matter later.

Back to my glowing turbo... :o

Yeah its excellent, a bit $$ on the jooce (i just gotta stop putting my foot down) but heaps of fun still, love that trac control button!!

Gotta get it repaired, had some damage from a car bra i bought for the drive over hear :x It tore at the side, came loose and the brackets were flapping on the side of the car...

Not too bad, still it's 200 bucks to try and prevent damage, not cause it!!
I'm in the process of making a claim to them at the moment.

Yeah, I'd be asking them to pay too. Would've been cheaper to contact up the front of the car and peel it off when you got to Perth. :)

Well if they do it's not written on the packet!

I am getting some quotes sent to me so will see how much it'll be worth.
