Interesting Starion driving lady, does anyone know her??
I sold the starion cause i had too many cars to move to my new place....and i wanted to concentrate on racing the scorp...
i loved the starion and will get another one for racing later on...i'd love to rally one just to be different...

They were talking about TD05, not you..
So how did you find the staz handled in autocrosses/khanas?? I took my standard starion (open diff) in a dirt autokhana a couple of years back, and finished midfield against some purpose built rally cars (older rwd ones tho).
I felt that as long as you set it up right for the corner, so you could flick it in and get boost kicking in in the right spot, it did well. The worst thing tat could happen was to bog down mid-corner

My starion needed major work to become a comp car, but...i still won first place in class B (standard over 2 litre) at Bagshot autocross track last year and about third way into the field and that was without any suspension set up or engine tune up! The little thing could fly! scary in the wet though (it was wet that day). The guy who bought it off me will autocross it in the near future or possibly road register it (has a fair bit of rust in the doors and bonnet).
I know the ballarat track well. Have done a few Challenge of Club events there. :beer but not in the starion which is a shame as the track is fast!
I have a friend who runs his starion in motorkhana events. He let me drive it at the last motorkhana i was at after the big end went in my black scorp. rofl
Oh and the starion didnt handle..lol...it was like driving a boat around the course!
