For those who want a Garrett turbo manifold

Post by WidebodyWoody »

I have found one but unfortunately not very cheap. It is

T4 Mitsubishi Turbo manifold [EXM0859] $574.99 USD
Finaly a new cast T-4 exhaust manifold. Finely crafted and expertly cast this new manifold will bolt a huge T series turbo to your Mitsubishi. With a port for the wastegate underneath, this is the best since the cancellation of the HKS manifold. Call for custom T4 turbo set-ups.

The address is http://www3.smart.net/~extreme/g2cat/turbo.htm

That would be useless on any VR4 powered starion, the turbo is on the wrong side, unless anyone's found a way to low mount the turbo without being obstructed by steering and engine mounts?

I need a manifold made up soon for mine, i have a nice big crack in my number four runner. Am considering learning how to weld or braize
I got quoted over a grand for one from Beyond the Limit. Looks nice but i dont have that sorta cash :(
