ACDSee my man. Excellent Program. v6 has lots of tools. It's a sight easier to use than photoshop. Does batch editing, red eye, resize, cropping and all that shit.

Best of all, you can try before you buy. www.acdsee.com

If you are a total ducks arse, try Irfanview. It's free and again has some good intuitive tools.

Get it from Two Cows et al.

Of course the graphics snobs out there will tell you that photoshite is the way to go. Providing you've got the time to earn a degree in graphic design of course!!!

Photoshop is less convinent for some, but it will do a better job in resizing by the way it anti aliases. Images will be slightly clearer.

But since 95% of the time you dont notice, a beginner program will do the job just mint.
