It's because he hasn't solved the problem of the opening door on that Fridge he has tied to the front of his Staz! :)

Unfortunately, that fridge is quite buckled these days and the Starion has been sitting idle for a while. I now have other pertinent things occupying my time (invlountarily, unfortunately) :? I don't see the Starion or any other of my hobbies and interests getting any attention any time soon. :x
