Yes, I realise the wheels need polishing :P

Mmm black leather:

Hasn't done many miles:

And finally this one- I'm pretty proud of this shot, it would look even better if I had polished the wheels. Maybe a new photoshop task decoy?

:o

Congrats on the buy, the car looks awesome!
If you want the wheels to shine up, have a look in the show n shine section for this mazerati polish (works wonders on the widebody rims)

BTW: Are those 88 seats comfy?

Where do I buy that from? Am I likely to see it at Super Cheap Auto or Repco?

Oh hell yeah. There is a dial on the side (you can see in the picture) that tightens the wraparound bits on the side of the seats so you get in there nice and snug. They're great.

Do you have "AutoOne" over in NZ?

If so the stuff is in a little yellow tub/tin, made by Mazerati called "BRITE SHINE - cotton wadding polish"

I think its about $12 or so here, so if you cant find it, let me know and i'll send you some.

The reason I asked about the seats is because I have some coming over from the states and I have never seen them before so I thought I'd make sure they are comfy, better than the JA's right?

We don't have AutoOne, but I just gave Super Cheap Auto a call and they sell it - $10 for 75g. Is that enough for all 4?

Yeah they are nicer, I kind of miss the adjustable things under the knees, but that's more because they were something to fiddle with than because of comfort. And the black leather on my '88 seats is much nicer than the pimp red in the '82 :D
