go to www.xe.com/ucc and use the converter

1$ = about 75 yen so i guess about 1300

use the calculator provided on j-specs auction page :0

Yeah u cant navigate the site to get those pages, u have to subscribe to the website and they send emails to you every now and then with pages with pics on it. Those prices are just starting prices, there was a car which had a starting price of like 80000 Yen and it sold for about 200000 yen... so i wouldnt keep that as how much they go for.
To buy one u need to put a deposit down before the auction... seems a bit of a hassle to do it that way but it is cheap.

It will more than likely sell for 400,000+ Yen and will end up costing at least $12,000 on the road.

1300?

75y = 1d
10000y = Xd

10000y/75y = Xd correct?

400/3 = Xd...

so isnt the start price like 113 dollars?

400/3= 133.33 ;)

This car is going up for auction. Start prices are nowhere near indicative of final auction selling price. I would expect it to get close to if not above 400,000 Yen.

How do you know what price it sold for? Link?

Yes, it is very cheap for a 5 speed with sunroof and 91K Km's. 230,000 Yen would be about 300,000 Yen FOB which would end up costing about 10k on the road here.

It gets sent to me via email every day. The post the auction examples up and have a link for the previous day's auction.
It's actually the same page (exact same url) just gets updated the next day.
