Sway BAr Bushes

just noticed some clunking going on as I'm driving over a rough road, had a look and noticed one of the bushes on the front sway bar is stuffed, are they STD bushes or do you need oem stuff?? :roll:

Ring Noltec in Sydney He has nolathane bushes - direct replacement - for Starions sway bars - better than OEM or no name replacements.

Not very dear and will give you a tighter bush - umm does that sound right? Anyway you know what I mean

A1326U - Front strut bar bush
A1489U - Sway bar link bush kit - universal
A1496U - Sway bar to chassis bush 20mm - universal

Can be bought from Bursons.

Yes, again contact Noltec. Although we have been advised by Noltec that if the shocks and springs are sorted correctly then there is no need to touch the sway bars.

In fact, we were actually told that the sway bars were sometimes removed altogether provided the correct springs and shocks were used.

Just checked the Whiteline site and they have front (24mm) and rear (22mm) sway bars ($156.36 each), swaybar to chassis bush kit ($17.77) and KYB shocks for JA, JB and JD Stations ($169.01 each).

i think those KYB's are out of production now... had them listed but none available anymore
