Body Kit

Post by Guru »

I might be tempted to actually buy that kit - it's nice & neat, not ricey at all. Although, I'd pass on the rear bumper! And where can I find a rear window louver?

to generate revenue for the cops via speed cameras so they can eat donughts and 1/2 price maccas whilst NOT looking for your stolen car.

Hey Euro, pardon my ignorance but how/what did you use to attach the body kit to the car?

Screws Kim, little shiny things with lines around them that push into wood, metal, plastic if you push and turn them at the same time :D

Oh, you need a pushing and turning implement called a screwdriver -which is not an instruction from Hoonie to you when she driving :D :D

I still love ya Kimmy (and your work).
LOL LOL
Cheers

Wantsom is on the ball

They are currently only screwed on by on average 4 selftappers each. Such a bad feeling drilling a hole into a perfectly good panel. Once I primer/paint them I will then "scellotape" them to the body aswell as using screws. The tape to use is called 3M VHB tape. It sticks like shit to a blanket and used in all sorts of applications including automotive. You can also use a urathane sealer eg sikaflex etc
